We’re high school sweethearts who have now been married for over 25 years and have 12 children together. We have suffered through numerous griefs and losses together (including the death of our 2 year old special needs daughter Alegria Elizabeth). For over a decade, our marriage was ravaged by sexual addiction and emotional affairs. By the grace of God, we are now on the life long journey of healing and growing together.
I have a passion for helping hurting women because I’ve been there myself. My mind and body were devasted by the effects of gaslighting and betrayal trauma. For years I tried to heal on my own. It wasn’t until I was vulnerable and asked for help that I truly began healing. And now I want to share that same hope and comfort with other women.

I experienced what life being upside down is like. As a father of 12 I was quickly losing all chance for connection with my children, just as I had seemingly destroyed any chance of connection with my wife. Change was not easy and some of the insights I found had to smack me in the face pretty hard. God worked through it all, restoring connections and bringing back together the things I had broken. He now gives me the opportunity to come alongside others to help heal their pain, to remove the shame, and to allow the transformation to take place.
